We ship RV parts across Canada and to the United States. Some items are easy parcels. Some are huge, awkward, heavy, used, oversized, or going to hard-to-reach areas. This page explains how shipping works before and after checkout.
Some orders may not qualify due to used parts, oversized items, location, freight cost, or shipping address.
If shipping is higher than expected, we may email you with the extra shipping cost before completing the order.
Additional shipping charges will never be charged until you approve them.
Although we offer free shipping on many new product orders over $100, there are times when an order may not be eligible.
If your order is not eligible for free shipping, or if the shipping cost is higher than expected, you may receive an email after placing your order. We will let you know the additional shipping cost before completing the order. Extra shipping charges will never be charged without your approval.
Shipping time depends on the item, the warehouse location, the size of the order, and how much preparation is needed.
Your order is received and released to our internal systems for processing.
We locate, package, prepare, or freight-quote the item depending on size and location.
If extra shipping is needed, we email you for approval before completing the order.
After shipping, tracking is emailed. Some orders may have multiple tracking numbers.
Within Canada, normal package sizes are usually shipped with Canada Post or Purolator. For overweight, oversized, or large items, we use different freight companies to ship right to your door.
Oversized items usually take longer to prepare and ship. Because of this, shipping date estimates on oversized items may not always be accurate.
Most orders are usually shipped 1–5 days after the order is placed. Ship-out time is determined by item location, size, order preparation, packaging, and shipping method.
Normal package sizes are usually faster to prepare and ship. Once the item is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Oversized, heavy, or freight items may take longer because they may require extra packaging, freight quoting, palletizing, or special carrier arrangements.
Tracking numbers may be created before the package is physically shipped out. If you see a tracking number with no movement, it usually means the package is being prepared and will be shipped soon.
Some orders may ship in multiple packages or from different locations. If your order has multiple tracking numbers, each tracking number may be sent in its own email.
If your tracking number shows no information for more than 2 days, please reply to your order confirmation email so we can check whether a mistake was made.
We do ship to P.O. boxes. Whenever we are shipping to a P.O. box, we ship using Canada Post.
Although we offer free shipping to many locations in Canada, some locations and oversized items are not eligible. This may be determined at checkout or after the order has been placed.
Shipping rules may vary depending on the country, carrier, item size, item type, shipping address, and customs requirements.
We ship RV parts daily across Canada from our Edmonton/Vegreville, Calgary, or Montreal warehouse locations. Most regular shipments are sent by Canada Post, with larger parcels sent using couriers or freight carriers.
Canadian customers are charged applicable GST, HST, or QST on purchases.
We do ship to the United States of America. Estimated delivery dates may take longer than stated when shipping to the USA.
For courier shipments, brokerage, customs, duties, tariffs, or import-related fees may have to be paid upon arrival. Free shipping offers may not apply to U.S. orders, oversized items, or certain U.S. locations.
Our policy is to charge the amount of your purchase with your credit card issuer at the time of order so it can be released to our internal systems for processing. This may be a day or two in advance of shipping the product.
Shipping fees are only refunded if we made an error in the shipment of your order or if there is a material error in the presentation of the product on our website.
We do our best to provide as much product information as possible so customers can make the correct buying decision. Occasionally, product features or specifications may not be clear. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that this is the case with a product you ordered, we may refund your shipping charges with our thanks for identifying the issue.
If you are unsure whether you are ordering the correct product, please ask before ordering. We are unable to refund shipping charges in cases where a customer ordered an incorrect or unneeded product.
Certain items have special order, shipping, return, or warranty limitations.
Special orders, non-stocked products, obsolete items, and custom orders cannot be cancelled or returned once confirmed.
In no case are we able to issue refunds on replacement electronic circuit boards, whether they have been installed or not.
Generators may not be returned if gas or oil reservoirs have been filled. Warranty or service issues must be handled with the manufacturer.
Certain chemicals, liquids, and adhesives are not returnable.
Oversized products may require additional shipping depending on item size, weight, packaging, and delivery location.
Used parts do not qualify for free shipping and may have different preparation, packaging, and shipping requirements.
